Products on display in Anne’s Garden online shop are sold by Anne’s Past & Present, business ID 1925585-5.
We sell products to individuals who are over 18-years old. Products can be ordered to

-EU member countries by e-mailing us
The prices include VAT.
All orders will be confirmed by e-mail stating the order total (in euros), shipping charges, ordered products and the order number. Order confirmation requires providing an e-mail address when placing the order. The customer agrees with terms and conditions when placing the order.
Products and the shipping costs are paid when placing the order. You can pay with all Finnish online banking payments (Nordea, Osuuspankki, Danske Bank, POP Pankit, Nooa, Aktia, Säästöpankit, S-Pankki, Handelsbanken, Ålandsbanken and Tapiola Pankki) as well as with most credit cards.
Payment by bank
Checkout Finland Oy (2196606-6) transmits the payment to the merchant. You have access to all the Finnish banks’ payment buttons, which means you can pay with Nordea, OP Bank, Säästöpankki, POP bank, Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, S-Bank, the Bank of Åland and LähiTapiola Bank. The payers account statement will show Checkout Finland Oy as the receiver of the payment. The payment will be transferred to the merchant by Checkout Finland Oy.
Payment by credit card
Payments by Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, and Debit MasterCard cards are available. Card payments are made safe by Nets SSL-secured payment method. The web shop or Checkout Finland Oy has no access to your card information. No card information is stored in our systems. Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode verification are enabled if active on your card.
This shop uses services provided by Checkout Finland Oy (2196606-6) for card payments. The web shop works as a marketer of products and services, as well as a supplier of products to the customer. The web shop is responsible for the statutory trade-related and self-determined obligations. With credit card payments, the trade is between the client and Checkout Finland Oy. Checkout Finland Oy is responsible for the obligations and claims related to card payments. Checkout is shown on the payers card invoice and transmits funds paid by the customer directly to the merchant.
If the product is in stock, estimated delivery time is 3-7 working days. If the product is out of stock temporarily or completely, we will notify you immediately. We will also notify you if the delivery time is longer than the estimated delivery time.

An additional charge of 20 € / shipment is added for fragile products. Antique and vintage products can only be ordered “pick up from the Kruununhaka store” as the shipping option. Please contact us if you can’t come to Mariankatu shop, we will try to arrange the pick up from somewhere else.
EXCHANGE AND RETURNS
The customer has right to return or exchange the product(s) for 14 days from receiving the package. Return policy applies only to products that are unused and returned in original package. Custom products or special orders cannot be returned.
Let us know about the return before returning by e-mail (email@example.com) or by phone (+ 35850-5671847).
Please include the following information with your return: order number, name, address and telephone number. Also please include your banking information for refund.
Returning is free for our customers!
If you have selected “Pickup from local post office”as your shipping method, you can return the package to any post office (Posti). When returning the package, tell the staff that it is a customer return and use the return card provided.
If you have selected “home delivery by Posti”as your shipping method contact us and we will arrange the pickup.
PROBLEMS AND DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If the product is damaged, lost during delivery or the customer has received a wrong product, the customer must immediately report the error to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We reserve the right to make changes in conditions of prices, postage and/or delivery. The customer must always read the valid terms and conditions before placing the order. Anne ‘s Past & Present handles all customer information confidentially and promises not to give any customer information to third parties. If there is a difference between Finnish and English terms and conditions, the terms and conditions in Finnish (toimitus- ja maksuehdot) are the primary ones.
